Upgrade your Panopto for Mac by July 20, 2023

Faculty/staff: If you use Panopto for Mac on a personally owned Apple device, this software must be upgraded annually in order to provide the best security and functionality. Upgrade to at least version 13.0.0 by July 20, 2023 to avoid problems before the fall semester begins.

If you haven't upgraded, you will receive a message asking you to do so when you open Panopto. Clicking “Download Update” in this message is safe and will provide you with the latest version. 

If you’re using Panopto on a UB-owned computer or device, it will be upgraded by your departmental IT support staff.  If that hasn’t happened by July 20th, please contact your IT support for assistance.
