Upgrade your Panopto for Mac before fall semester
Panopto for Mac on personally-owned Apple devices must be updated by July 19, 2024.

Faculty/staff: If you use Panopto for Mac on a personally owned Apple device, this software must be upgraded annually in order to provide the best security and functionality. Upgrade to at least version 14.0.0 by July 19, 2024 to avoid problems before the fall semester begins.

If you haven't upgraded, you will receive a message asking you to do so when you open Panopto. Clicking “Download Update” in this message is safe and will provide you with the latest version.
If you’re using Panopto on a UB-owned computer or device, it will be upgraded by your departmental IT support staff. If that hasn’t happened by July 19th, please contact your IT support for assistance.
