Logistic Regression

In this workshop, we will focus on introducing when and how we could use logistic regression in statistical data analysis. We will motivate this statistical technique with data sets from biomedical studies. We will concentrate on illustrating why logistic regression is appropriate in those situations, how to fit logistic regression models in statistical software such as SAS or R, and how to translate the statistical results to clinical conclusions. The workshop is suitable for any individual who is conducting statistical analysis in biomedical and health-related studies, and who is eager to understand the whole package of logistic regression.
