Core Competency Workshops provide researchers and trainees with an efficient approach to developing and enhancing research skills. The UB CTSI offers workshops in 14 subject areas deemed essential to researchers in clinical and translational science by NCATS.
Presented in partnership with the CTSI's Workforce Development Core, the Translational Teamwork Workshop Series provides participants with basic knowledge of teamwork principles applicable in any research, educational, or clinical context.
For each workshop available below, participants can complete a brief self-assessment quiz to test their knowledge. These questions are located at the bottom of the evaluation survey accompanying each workshop recording. Any participant who successfully completes four or more quizzes is eligible for the Translational Teamwork Core Competency Series Certificate of Completion. After you complete each video, you will receive an email from the CTSI confirming workshop completion and an optional demographics survey.
