Updating Your UB Box Profile

Change the way your name, phone number, address and more appear in UB Box. The name change may be for legal, preferred / chosen or FERPA reasons. These changes will not affect the way your information appears in other UB services such as HUB or MyUB.

Instructions

  1. Log into UB Box
  2. In the upper right hand corner, click your initials or profile pic
  3. From the dropdown menu, select View Profile
  4. On the next screen, select Edit Information
  5. Edit as necessary, and select Save
