Logging in to Adobe Acrobat Pro

If you already had a UB-licensed version of Adobe Acrobat Pro, follow these steps to log in to the correct portal.

UB faculty receive Acrobat Pro on their UB-owned computers. Some staff may also have been approved for a copy of Acrobat Pro. If you had a licensed version of Acrobat Pro on your UB-owned computer from before licensing was approved for all faculty, you should follow the instructions below to log in to the correct version.

Select the account and profile

1. Open Acrobat Pro

2. If you are already logged in to Acrobat Pro, sign out

3. If prompted to select an account, select Company or School Account

4. Authenticate with Single Sign-On (SSO) using your UBITName and password

5. If offered a choice of profiles, choose SUNY - University at Buffalo

  • If multiple SUNY - University at Buffalo options exist, choose the one with a cartoon character icon instead of the one with an icon resembling a pie chart

Moving your files (optional)

If you have files you want to move from another Adobe profile or account, follow instructions from Adobe

Save all important files in UB Box or your UB OneDrive and not in the Adobe cloud storage.
