Call for help in the classroom

Getting help in your classroom with technology is available with a response time of 10 minutes or less by calling 716-645-3542 and selecting option “2.” Many problems can be resolved over the phone if you stay on the line.

Stop in

For less urgent questions or assistance, or if your class is close by, stop by 104 Diefendorf Hall on South Campus or 200F Baldy Hall on North Campus to speak with a classroom technology services representative.

Get help online

Problems with classroom tech can be reported online. In fact, for design consultations or course capture assistance, logging a ticket with the UBIT Help Center Online is preferred when possible.
