Spring Billing Dates

It is your responsibility to check your UB email. Failure to view your eBill will not be accepted as a reason to waive the late payment fee.

eBills do not change when activity occurs AFTER the eBill is posted. New activity details will be available on the View & Pay Accounts screen in QuikPAY.

The dates below represent when billing statements will be generated for any unpaid balances or additional activity since the last billing. Payment is due in full by the first due date. If you do not pay the balance owed, you will receive a late fee. All payments must be posted by 6:00 p.m. (EST) on a payment due date. Please note that the four billing dates are NOT a payment plan.

Continuing students are required to maintain their enrollment each term. Students who are not registered for at least 1 course for credit on December 26, 2024 will be charged a $40 late registration fee. This is non-negotiable and must be paid.

All new students should be registered before the first day of classes for the term. A $40 late registration fee will be charged to any student who is not registered before the first day of classes, but who subsequently registers. This fee will apply to all students including those who receive late admission to the university.
