The 4 installment payment plan enrollment starts on January 15, 2026. You cannot enroll in a payment plan if you have an unpaid bill hold on your account.

Enroll in Direct Deposit to receive your Financial Aid or over payment refund faster. Click on Billing/Payments in your HUB Student Center and then click on Payment Options. You will then be brought into QuikPAY where you can click on Manage Refunds in then menu.

Don’t forget to check your @buffalo.edu email address for the first Spring eBill notification. The due date is January 21, 2026. Click on Billing/Payments in your HUB Student Center and then click on Payment Options. If you are an authorized payer, log into your Authorized Payer site.

The first Spring 2026 bill will be generated on December 29, 2025 with a due date of January 21, 2026. To view your current charges and other account activity, please log into your HUB student center. If you are an authorized payer, log into your Authorized Payer site.

Enroll in a 5 installment payment plan through January 14, 2026.  You cannot enroll in a payment plan if you have an unpaid bill hold on your account.

For reattempt on final installment only- Any student whose actual balance in HUB has decreased since December 12th will have their Payment Plan adjusted on December 24, 2025.

The Student Accounts Office will be closing at 11:30 for staff training and development.
