General Operating Account Request

Clubs and organizations that are not recognized by the seven student governments but are recognized by a university department and have gone through the Student Organization Recognition Process may establish a general operating account.

Before clubs or organizations can set up an account, they must be recognized by the University.


  1. For each request complete all the fields for each record. Required fields are marked with a red asterisk.
  2. Submit the request.
  3. Check your email for the account request form. Step by step instructions will be included in the email.
