New Principal Investigator (PI) Lab Registration
Instructions
- To register your labs(s), complete all required fields.
- After submitting your request, a copy of the form data will be sent to the email address provided. That same email will also include instructions to guide you through the process of setting up your lab. The email will come from ehs@facilities.buffalo.edu.
- Completion of this form will automatically register you as a user in EHSA.
- Submit a door sign request for each of your labs.
