Working with UB Box
My Virtual Public Site works with your UB box cloud storage.
UB box through the browser
1. Log into My Virtual Public Site
2. On the desktop screen, double-click the UB Box icon
3. A browser launches inside your browser. Login with your UBITName and password.
Just like on your desktop, how you edit your UB Box files will depend on what type they are.
- Office files can be edited in the My Virtual Public Site browser by clicking Open, and selecting the online version of the Office application. Choose Allow Once or Always Allow to permit the pop-up window.
- Other files can be edited as long as the associated applications are available in My Virtual Public Site.
