Find and restore archived Zoom meetings

Learn how to restore Zoom meetings that are archived in Panopto.

Instructions

1.  Login to the Panopto cloud.

2. Go to My Folder on the left-hand menu.

3. Click on the Meeting Recordings subfolder.

Note: You may have archived Zoom meetings in other folders on Panopto. These instructions work in any Panopto folder with archived content.

4. At the top of the folder, look for a banker’s box icon with the number of archive files.

5. Click the banker's box icon to see all the archived files in the folder.

6. Hover over any recording and click the restore button to bring it out of the archive.

Note: It can take 48 to 72 hours for the restored archive recordings to be available for viewing.

7.  Play any recording you restore for at least a few seconds. This ensures the recording will not be archived again for at least 18 months.
