Technology enhances instruction by empowering faculty with tools to engage learners and by bringing efficiency to routine teaching tasks.

Blackboard on UBlearns is the centrally supported Learning Management System (LMS) at UB. UBlearns provides faculty an online environment to create, deliver, and manage their course content, as well as monitor participation and assess performance among learners.
The UBclicks service supports Classroom Response Systems (CSR) at UB. CSRs are interactive teaching tools used to increase student participation and rapidly assess student understanding in class.
iTunes U is a repository of downloadable digital files, usually audio or video and university-related podcasts. Podcasts can be subscribed to, allowing for automatic downloads of the latest content.
Record, edit and publish academic video and audio content from your computer or mobile device.
Faculty and staff can request classroom recordings in 34 centrally scheduled classrooms.
UB faculty and staff can upload, manage and share video files using the university's YouTube-like Web application, UB Stream. Students may access UB Stream to view files.
