Searching PII On Your Computer's Hard Drive

Spirion Unmanaged scans your computer's hard drive, and can quarantine, ignore or even shred to Department of Defense standards any PII on your computer. You can customize a scan to run at a certain frequency to ensure your computer is free of PII.

Searching PII Within UB Email

  • UBmail (Exchange Online): Spirion Unmanaged helps identify email messages that contain PII directly, and you can click the Shred option to shred them.
  • UBmail (Gmail): Spirion Unmanaged cannot shred messages that contain PII directly, but identifies those messages for you to delete manually.
