UB Login Phish - Do not click 'case ID-0108520281' email
An email supposedly from Information Technology requests that you login and end your old mail sessions for server maintenance.
Red flags: How you can tell it is a fake
- Hovering on the link shows it goes to a non BUFFALO.EDU website.
I already clicked the links. What should I do?
- If you entered your password, change it immediately - go to Changing Your Password.
- If clicked on the link, but did not enter your password, please check that your computer security or anti virus program is on and up to date.
I did not click on the links. What should I do?
Delete the email.
