Your UBITName is used with a password to access IT services at
UB. See how to change your password, and what to do if you forget
While your UBIT password may be between 8 and 32 characters
long, some services at UB such as My Library Card (20 character
limit) use different password rules. Longer passwords may not work
with all services.
If you remember your password and want to change it, you can change your password online.
If you forget your password and you created a set of answers to questions in the UB Account Management Tool, you can reset your password yourself.
If you do not have saved answers, or if you cannot answer your questions correctly, the CIT Help Desk will assist you.
