An email from a compromised account at UB claims that "a document from the Student Services Office has been shared with you regarding a report submitted by a parent or guardian concerning a student currently enrolled in one of your classes." It tells you to access the report you have to download a file.

Immediately change your password, verify devices in Duo only incude your own, and contact the UBIT Help Center if you see any other unusual activity on your account.
