Portfolio Management Council

The Project Prioritization and Reporting Initiative is a collaborative effort that brings together the VPCIO area and university partners. Its purpose is to align IT priorities with university objectives, promote project awareness and foster engagement on project priorities. An IT Portfolio Advisory Committee and an IT Portfolio Executive Council have been created. Together, these groups operationalize the Project Prioritization and Reporting Initiative.

  • Set priority order for top projects
  • Evaluate new project requests
  • Resolve project priority conflicts identified by IT Portfolio Advisory Committee
  • Resolve policy, resource and alignment conflicts identified by the IT Portfolio Advisory Committee
