Buffalo trio uses technology to change real estate

UB Cultivator graduate company Offerwell is on the move. The startup's platform uses AI and automation to help real estate agents streamline their work and better serve the needs of their clients.

The team—made up of real estate agent Nick Giambra, software developer Simon Mahfoud, and software designer Matt Brigante—has spent the last three years building the company. As reported by The Buffalo News, they recently raised nearly $1M in pre-seed funding with local angel investors, including former ACV Auctions co-founder Dan Magnuszewski.

About 800 real estate agents in Western New York are using the platform today. The team is currently working to sign deals across New York, Florida, and Arizona.
