Special Parking Requests

Use this service for:

  • Temporary parking accommodations for events
  • Visitor parking arrangements

Information you'll need to provide:

  • Event or activity details
  • Requested dates and times
  • Location preferences
  • Number of parking spaces needed
  • Contact information for coordination
  • Account information for billing

Transportation Services

Use this service for:

  • Transportation  services for campus events
  • Transportation for field trips and academic activities
  • Special transportation accommodations

Information you'll need to provide:

  • Purpose of transportation
  • Departure and arrival locations
  • Date and time requirements
  • Number of passengers
  • Special requirements or accommodations
  • Account information for billing

Processing and Approval

  • Review time: Most requests are processed within 2-3 business days
  • Approval notifications: You'll receive email updates on your request status
  • Questions about your request: Contact information will be provided in your confirmation email

Payment and Billing

  • Charges will be applied to the account specified in your request
  • You'll receive billing information through Blue Services
  • Contact your departmental administrator for questions about account codes
