Recreation permits are issued to individuals who pay to use athletic facilities on the North Campus. Recreation members must first acquire their recreation membership and then complete Recreation Permit.
Complete the Recreation Permit application form with as much detail as possible. Someone from our office will contact you to confirm your application.

Recreation permits are not valid at Clark Hall on South Campus. Clark Hall is currently closed for general recreation use a part of the early phases of a long-term renovation project led by UB.
