The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) offers public transportation throughout the Buffalo-Niagara region, including stops on campus.

North Campus

Metro Rail

Metro Rail Expansion Project

The Niagara Frontier Transportation Authority (NFTA) launched the Metro Rail Expansion project to focus on ways to extend the Metro Rail beyond University Station. Rail expansion could run along Bailey Road to Eggert Road, or along Kenmore Avenue and Niagara Falls Boulevard. The new tracks could lead to the interchange of the I-990 and Audubon Parkway.

NYS-Ride

NYS-Ride (pronounced NICE Ride) is a pre-tax benefit that helps NYS employees save money on public transportation costs and contributes to a greener environment. With the NYS-Ride benefit, employees can also enjoy pre-tax savings on qualified parking expenses.
