Accessible Parking Accessible parking is available at various locations on all campuses.
Bookstore Parking Park for free in the bookstore parking lot for up to one hour.
Clinic Patient Parking UB clinic patients may be able to get a special guest permit to park close to the clinic.
Electric Vehicle Charging stations are located in specific spots on all campuses.
Motorcycles and Mopeds Park your motorcycle, moped, motor scooter or motor bicycle in designated spaces.
Park and Ride Park in one of our park-and-ride lots then take a convenient shuttle to your destination.
Special Event Parking Convenient parking is available for meetings, sporting events and other special events.
Overnight Parking Overnight parking is allowed in designated spaces and lots during specific hours.

Rules For Parking, Vehicular and Pedestrian Traffic and Safety

Persons who drive vehicles on the various campus locations are subject at all times to the motor vehicle laws of the State of New York, the rules and regulations of the State University of New York at Buffalo and to the ordinances of the City of Buffalo and Town of Amherst where applicable.

A complete list of campus rules and regulations consistent with the Vehicle and Traffic Law relating to parking, vehicular and pedestrian traffic and safety, can be found in Part 572.

Rules and Regulations Are Subject to Change

 Parking rules and regulations are subject to change for certain campus events, special occasions and emergencies. Restrictions will be posted by the Parking and Transportation Services office and will be strictly enforced.
