If you are a patient at a UB clinic, you may be able to get a special guest permit that lets you to park close to the clinic. Contact these clinics directly to receive a special guest permit. These special guest permits:

Most patient care facilities are located in Squire Hall on the University at Buffalo’s South Campus on Main Street near the intersection with Bailey Avenue. It is easily accessible from Millersport Highway (Route 263), Main St. (Route 5), or Bailey Ave. (Route 62). Parking is available in the Squire lot located next to Squire Hall. Patients must obtain a daily permit from the reception desk in Squire Hall.
Limited patient parking is immediately adjacent to the School of Dental Medicine in the Squire Hall lot. Additional parking is available in the Main & Bailey lot* and the Michael-Farber lot off Bailey Avenue. Permits are required and must be properly displayed. Designated spaces for those with official accessible hang tags are available in all patient parking lots. Parking in the circle adjacent to the main entrance to the School of Dental Medicine is NOT allowed. This area must remain clear so emergency vehicles can access the building.
The South Campus Metro Rail Station, a short walk from Squire Hall, is served by NFTA Metro Bus and Rail.
