Starting Jan. 20, we're replacing the Money dashboard with the new Financial Dashboard. The new and improved Financial Dashboard brings together everything from the Money dashboard and adds even more powerful features.
If you previously had unit access to the four legacy dashboards, you will have access to the new Financial Dashboard. No need to request special access.
Visit our Business Services Support Hub to submit and track requests and access helpful resources.
This dashboard combines the strategic (e.g, Strategic Financial Management) and operational (e.g., Money, Account Management) dashboards into one, using common terms (based on UPlan) and consistent business rules.
By default, you'll see Sources and Uses instead of Revenues and Expenditures/Encumbrances, although legacy fields will still be available for reporting.
Items like GUSF and Fringes are treated as Uses (expenditures) rather than negative Sources (revenue). If you’ve used the Strategic Financial dashboards, these rules will already feel familiar.
The dashboard prompts for Organizational Structure will now be limited to only show values based on your security access. This will greatly reduce the number of departments and entities you will see in the dropdowns.
With the launch of the new Financial Dashboard, the legacy dashboards (Money, Money Management, Account Management and Strategic Financial Management) will be retired for departmental users.
Once you log into SIRI, you can find the new Financial Dashboard under the Dashboards dropdown → Financial Dashboards folder.
Please take time to review the Financial Dashboard Crosswalk Document, which details where information from the legacy dashboards now appears in the new dashboard, as well as the site map, which outlines what you can find on each page. Links to both can be found on the Financial Home Page of the new Financial dashboard under Forms and Links.
