Naming Review and Approval Request

Advancement officers use this form to recommend donor naming proposals. The Vice President for University Advancement coordinates the naming approval process according to the university’s policy on Naming University Properties, Facilities and Academic and Non-Academic Programs. All proposals for naming must be made in writing and will be reviewed and approved in accordance with this policy.

Applicable Policy

Complete the Form

  1. Complete all required fields and click Submit Request. 
  2. Your request will be reviewed/considered by the Vice President for University Advancement within five (5) business days.
  • The naming of university properties/facilities as well as those associated with gifts of $1M or more require multiple approvals.
  • The Office of Donor Relations and Stewardship will facilitate these approvals after initial Vice President approval is granted.
