The UB IRB has updated the HRP-503 Template Protocol (IRB Version: JAN2016). All new studies submitted on or after April 1, 2016 must be submitted using this new version.
Modifications and Continuing Review submissions of currently approved studies will still be accepted using a previous version of the IRB Toolkit HRP-503 Template Protocol.
Please allow two months for your documents to be reviewed and approved, so submit accordingly.
