American Express RF PCard Account Features
Manage your American Express PCard account features.
Register Your Card Account
- Visit www.americanexpress.com/checkyourbill
- Follow the on-screen instructions to create a User ID and password.
- Continue with registration by entering your Card account information and other personal identification.
- Upon reaching the Welcome Page, proceed as desired through the Manage Your Card Account functions:
- For all American Express Cards registered, the current Statement Balance, Payment Due, Payments Received and Total Recent Card Activity amounts appear.
- You can view detailed transaction information and access additional functionality by clicking the text links below the amounts in each section.
You can also:
- Access account information 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
- Track billed activity for the past six months
- Review statement closing date, spending limit information, total balance and open-to-buy amount
- Initiate charge inquiries and disputes
- View the US Dollar-equivalent of foreign currency charge transactions
- Download statement detail in Excel, Lotus 1,2,3 or any other spreadsheet program
- Enroll in Alerts for Out of Pattern Spend, Close to Your Limit, Payment Received, Statement Ready
