**A side letter to the Agreement dated 12/16/2011 states that upon expiration of the 2011-2016 Agreements, employees eligible for longevity payments as of April 1, 2016 and before shall continue to receive them, in the event no successor Agreement is in place. Employees who were eligible for a longevity payment in October 2015 shall continue to receive longevity payments in each succeeding October, at the same rate received in October 2015, until a successor Agreement is negotiated. Payments will be made to such employees in October 2016 provided they continue to meet the eligibility criteria. Any employee who becomes eligible for a longevity payment for the first time after April 1, 2016 will not receive payment until a successor Agreement is negotiated.

** Per a side letter to the Agreement dated March 20, 2012, employees eligible for the LLS payment in April 2015 shall remain eligible for LLS in each succeeding April, at the same rate received in April 2015 until a seccessor agreement is negotiated. Further, employees who become eligible for a LLS payment for the first time after April 2015 shall not receive payment until a successor Agreement is negotiated.
*** Due to the expiration of the previous contract, longevity lump sum payments were not paid in April 2016 to employees who became eligible for a five or ten year payment for the first time on or after March 31, 2016. These employees are now eligible for payment.
