Faculty and staff can request lock or key service for repairs, installation of new service or assistance with lost keys.
You can return found keys to Customer Service or to University Police Lost and Found.
Immediately report missing keys to your department coordinator or to Customer Service. Departments are responsible for the total cost of lock changes and replacement keys.
To request replacement keys:
Immediately report stolen keys to your department coordinator or
to Customer Service. If keys are not returned by a terminated
employee or a student leaving the university, they are considered
Immediately conctact Customer Serivce if a key is broken off in a lock or if a key is malfunctioning.
The request form must contain the department head's signature
before any request is approved.
