BeyondTrust (formerly Bomgar) Remote Support Software enables IT support staff to access and support remote computers and mobile devices.

Intended Audience: UB IT support staff

Special requirements: IT Staff have to request access to console.

Availability: 24 hours daily

Support: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET Monday - Friday
