Microsoft 365 is a collection of powerful productivity apps you can use across multiple devices. It includes the Microsoft Office apps Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams and Outlook, as well as many others. This subscription service is free to current UB students, faculty and staff, for installs on up to five devices.

  • Students: See Microsoft Student Pricing to order Microsoft 365 if you need to install it on a sixth (or more) device.
  • Faculty/Staff: See the Microsoft Workplace Discount Program to purchase Microsoft 365 for personally owned or family-use Windows and Mac computers if you need to install it on a sixth (or more) device.
