Lockwood 2 N computers move to Silverman; Level Up now open

UB students: Lockwood 2 North’s public computers recently moved to the Silverman 3rd floor library. Level Up's console gaming lounge and Esports arena are now open.

Michael Canfield joined UB in January 2023 as an IT Communications Specialist for UBIT. A former newspaper reporter with a background in higher ed communication, Michael is also a volunteer firefighter. Michael likes to spend time with his wife and two English bulldogs. 

The new location in Silverman will offer even more space in a central location to accommodate your needs for coursework and studies. Students have access to the same technology, including large widescreen monitors where you can connect your own device.

Silverman has longer hours for the Fall 2023 semester. 

Level Up reopen

Level Up’s Esports arena and console gaming lounge have reopened as of September 5, 2023.
