Student Remembrance Ceremony

Pink flowers on South Campus.

At this annual ceremony, we mourn the loss of these beloved individuals, and reflect upon the impact they had — on us, our friends and the entire campus community.

Remembering Our Students

UB invites you to join us as we remember our students who passed away during the academic year. Come together for an annual ceremony of remembrance followed by a brick dedication on the Student Union promenade in permanent memory of each student.

Friday, May 2, 2025 at 11 a.m. in the Student Union Theater
