  • New enterprise-wide CRM to strengthen university relationships

    UB officials gathered March 3 to celebrate a significant milestone toward establishing the university’s first enterprise-wide constituent relationship management system (eCRM).
  • Official Launch: Spring 2022

    The enterprise CRM initiative is a multiphase, multiyear effort that formally launched in Spring  2022 with the release of an RFI that helped us develop a general understanding of vendor systeam features and capabilities across marketplace resulting in the selection of Salesforce as our unified engagement platform.
  • BEP Adopts Salesforce CRM to Strengthen Industry Relationships

    Business and Entrepreneur Partnerships (BEP) uses Salesforce CRM to primarily support team members who do outreach internally with faculty, current students, and UB alumni interested in entrepreneurship/commercialization and externally to private businesses (industry) for the purpose of furthering their innovation, R&D, licensing UB tech and employing students via internships, experiential learning, or permanent hire. BEP teamed with Redpath Consulting Group to implement a 360-degree solution that allows for prospect and sales process tracking, program management, internal collaboration, and impact measurement.
