Business and Entrepreneur Partnerships (BEP) uses Salesforce CRM to primarily support team members who do outreach internally with faculty, current students, and UB alumni interested in entrepreneurship/commercialization and externally to private businesses (industry) for the purpose of furthering their innovation, R&D, licensing UB tech and employing students via internships, experiential learning, or permanent hire.

BEP teamed with Redpath Consulting Group to implement a 360-degree solution that allows for prospect and sales process tracking, program management, internal collaboration, and impact measurement.
