In 2010, Pete and Chris started the first food truck in Buffalo with help from the mighty and wise lloyd. It was a dollar and a dream. Sight unseen, they purchased a 1987 Step Van off Craigslist from Corpus Christi, Texas. They’ve been serving wildly popular tacos and burritos ever since. So much so they’ve added four more taco trucks, Churn Soft Serve ice cream, made a couple of appearances on national television, and opened two taco factories. But most importantly, they made people believe in the power of cabbage again.
