  • Karen Sharp-Price

    Karen Sharp-Price is a Professional Career Coach (CPCC), Certified Veteran Career Strategist (CVCS), Certified Digital Career Strategist (CDCS) and a Certified Human Resources Professional (PHR and SHRM-CP).  Her career coaching/human resources background spans over 25 years. Karen is passionate about assisting individuals with exploring and researching careers, targeting opportunities and helping those interested in transitioning into new careers.  She works with students, new graduates, and seasoned professionals on their career journey. 

    She has her own podcast, SharpHR Career Corner.  Over the last 3 years, Karen has explored many careers with her guests spanning traditional and non-traditional paths. In January 2023, Karen started SharpHR Women's Career Support Group to create a safe space for women to exchange ideas, give and receive support from like-minded women surrounding their career experiences, and ask for advice about their job search journey.

    Claire Stroh, MBA, PHR, SHRM-CP, is an HR/Recruitment Practitioner in Buffalo, NY and President & CEO of her own business, Claire is Coaching. She has used LinkedIn, Twitter, and networking to build her personal brand and uncover new opportunities for herself and the companies she’s worked for. She’s passionate about helping others do the same!

    Claire has more than 10 years of successively diverse human resources management experience with privately-owned and publicly-traded global leaders.     Raymond Thomas, SEMBA '01

    Raymond Thomas is an entrepreneur, leadership consultant, facilitator and coach. He has more than 30 years’ experience in leadership roles with large multinational corporations specializing in leadership management, focused on functional areas of operations, sales and marketing.


    He is a Certified Associate of Emergenetics, DiSC Certified Behavioural & Career Consultant (Institute of Motivational Living) and Watson Glaser II Certified Coach (Cognitive Effectiveness). These tools are integrated into his coaching practices and developmental programs to ascertain the baseline of individuals prior to commencing on a desired objective. These tools are also used on a post-intervention basis to realize the transformation in a specific area. He is also a certified and practicing coach with a Certificate from Neuroleadership Institute. He focuses on executives and leaders especially in the areas of performance and result based coaching
