DesignSynergies (DSA) is an Architectural & Interior Design firm based in Buffalo, New York, and a recognized leader in LEED and sustainability consulting. Our award-winning work includes workplace, cultural, education, healthcare, and hospitality projects in Canada and the U.S. 

DSA’s services include:
•Architectural & Interior Design: For projects of different types, sizes & complexities, from site analyses and preliminary design through to construction administration and project closeout. Interior design services include selection and specification of finishes, furniture, fixtures, & equipment, and packages for procurement or competitive bidding.
•Sustainability Consulting: Recognized for our expertise in green buildings, we provide design consulting & LEED certification management to building owners and larger design firms. We advise contractors, product manufacturers, & design teams on sustainable design & greener products. DSA is a national member of USGBC, & a supporting member of the New York Upstate Chapter.
•Facility evaluations and assessments: We have helped to give clients a baseline from which to plan for capital improvements over the short and longer-term. Smaller-scaled space planning, space utilization, and programming studies enable our clients to better understand the functionality of a single department, or of a complete facility.
•Specifications: Writing and review for our own projects, or as a stand-alone service to our clients, especially for LEED projects.
