Andolina is the director of the Center for Resolution and Justice (CR+J) at Child and Family Services (C+FS) where she acts as management leader of Western New York’s Community Dispute Resolution Center. CR+J helps individuals, families and organizations find peaceful and meaningful ways to resolve disagreements through conversation, most often as an alternative to court proceedings. Prior to joining C+FS in January 2024, Andolina spent nearly a decade as CEO of Journey’s End Refugee Services, welcoming refugees and assisting them in becoming healthy, independent, contributing members of the community. 

She approaches her work with a service mindset while balancing administrative, programmatic, strategic, marketing and community outreach responsibilities. Her work is inspired and informed by many nonprofit leaders throughout WNY and she depends on these relationships in helping to build a better community. 

Andolina is a member of the New York State Bar Association, the Women’s Bar Association of the State of New York, The Bar Association of Erie County, the 8th Judicial District’s Access to Justice Commission and is a 2016 class member of Leadership Buffalo. 

She is a previous recipient of the Women of Courage, Compassion & Commitment Award presented by Buffalo Mayor Byron Brown, was named to Buffalo’s Business First 40 Under 40 List in 2018, in 2019 was named by the American City Business Journals as a National Influencer: Rising Star; and in 2022 was named one of the Distinguished Alumni by the UB School of Law Alumni Association. Her greatest achievements include a 28-year relationship with her husband Peter and their combined commitment to prioritize their family, including sons Peter E. and Nicholas.

Honorees influence the growth and improvement of the community and inspire others to give their active interest and material support.
