In ShopBlue, comments can be made within requisitions, purchase orders, vouchers and receivers. Comments can be sent directly to other users, and should be replied to in ShopBlue if required.
When a comment is sent to you in ShopBlue, you will receive an email notification from ShopBlue from the sender DoNotReply@sciquest.com. To go directly to that comment, click View Comment (Figure 1).
To reply to the comment, click Reply To next to the name of the previous sender (Figure 2).
Enter your message in the field. The person you are directly replying to will already be selected to receive the comment (Figure 3).
View the comment you added to the document. Beneath the comment it will show who it was sent to. That person will receive an email notification with the comment (Figure 4).
