Replying to Comments

In ShopBlue, comments can be made within requisitions, purchase orders, vouchers and receivers. Comments can be sent directly to other users, and should be replied to in ShopBlue if required.

How to Reply to Comments

1. Receive Email Notification and Click View Comment

When a comment is sent to you in ShopBlue, you will receive an email notification from ShopBlue from the sender To go directly to that comment, click View Comment (Figure 1).

2. Click Reply To

To reply to the comment, click Reply To next to the name of the previous sender (Figure 2).

3. Enter Your Message and Click Add Comment

Enter your message in the field. The person you are directly replying to will already be selected to receive the comment (Figure 3).

  • You can choose to send the comment to other people who have been part of the document by checking the box next to their name. You can also choose to add someone new by clicking add email recipient…, then searching for the person you want to add.
  • You can attach documents by clicking Choose File.
  • When finished, click Add Comment.

4. View Added Comment

View the comment you added to the document. Beneath the comment it will show who it was sent to. That person will receive an email notification with the comment (Figure 4).
