We oversee the annual budgeting process for Student Life. As part of this process, we work with units to develop budget plans for each unit, establish a master budget for Student Life, and plan for potential variations in revenues and expenditures. Our goal is to ensure that funds are being spent appropriately, and are providing the maximum benefit for our students. In addition, we develop and execute long-term strategic plans for Student Life based on the needs of our students and the university community.
