University customers of the eReq and ePTF applications

Special requirements

Must have access to eReq or ePTF applications

Hours of availability

7:00 a.m. - 11:00 p.m. daily; Applications closed University holidays

Hours of support

Application Support: 24 hours daily
Hardware/Operating System Support: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. daily
