The Workflow system routes work from begin to end for business processes, including eReq and ePTF.

Intended Audience: University customers of the eReq and ePTF applications

Special requirements: Must have access to eReq or ePTF applications

Availability: 7 a.m. - 11 p.m. ET daily; Applications closed University holidays

Application Support: 24 hours daily

Hardware/Operating System Support: 8:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET daily
