Service Description:

Crestron Fusion (formerly Room View)

Crestron Fusion monitors equipment usage in both centrally-scheduled and some departmentally-supported learning spaces.

Alerts are automatically sent when equipment failures are detected or predicted; realtime monitoring and manipulation of control systems is available; reporting can be done against usage data.

Access Crestron Fusion (restricted to classroom support staff)

Availability: 24 hours daily

Support: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. ET Monday - Friday

Primary Ownership: ITCS

Customers: CIT, School of Management
