Clear Cache and Cookies

A browser's cache is used to speed up page loading. Sometimes, the information saved in the cache can cause pages to not load correctly. You can clear your browser's cache and cookies as a troubleshooting step.

Instructions

Windows

  1. Simultaneously press Ctrl + Shift + Delete keys. The Clear browsing data and cookies window will open.
  2. Select All time from the Time range drop-down
  3. Check the boxes for Browsing history, Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
  4. Click Delete data
  5. Close and re-start your browser.

Mac

  1. Simultaneously press command + shift + delete keys. The Clear browsing data and cookies window will open.
  2. Select All time from the Time range drop-down
  3. Check the boxes for Browsing history, Cookies and other site data and Cached images and files
  4. Click Delete data
  5. Close and re-start your browser.

iOS

1. At the bottom right, tap More (•••) then Settings

2. Tap Privacy

3. Tap Clear Browsing Data

4. From the Time range drop-down, select All Time

5. Check only Cookies, Site Data and Cached Images and Files. Uncheck the other items

6. Tap Clear Browsing Data

7. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser

Android

  1. Open Chrome
  2. Tap More (three dots) > Settings
  3. Tap Privacy and Security
  4. Select Delete browsing data
  5. From the Time Range drop-down, select All time
  6. Check Cookies and site data and Cached images and files
  7. Tap Delete data
  8. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser.

Windows

  1. Simultaneously press Ctrl + Shift + Delete keys. The Clear browsing data and cookies window will open.
  2. Select Everything from the When drop-down
  3. Check the boxes for History, Cookies and site data and Temporarily cached files and pages
  4. Click Clear
  5. Close and re-start your browser.

Mac

  1. Simultaneously press command + shift + delete keys. The Clear browsing data and cookies window will open.
  2. Select Everything from the Time range drop-down
  3. Check the boxes for History, Cookies and site data and Cached files and pages
  4. Click Clear
  5. From the Firefox menu, select Quit
  6. Re-start your browser.

Mac

1. Open Safari.

2. Under the Safari menu, select Settings

3. Click Privacy

4. Click Manage website data

5.  Click Remove All

6 Click Remove Now

7. Click Done

8. Select Safari > Quit Safari

9. Re-start Safari

iOS

1. Open your Settings app

2. Tap Safari

3. Tap Clear History and Website Data and confirm

4. Exit/quit all browser windows and re-open the browser

Windows

  1. Simultaneously press Ctrl + Shift + Delete keys
  2. Under Time Range, select All time
  3. Check Cookies and saved website data and Cached data and files
  4. Click Clear Now
  5. Close and re-start Edge
