Enroll in Direct Deposit to receive your Financial Aid or over payment refund faster.  Click on Billing/Payments in your HUB Student Center and then click on Payment Options. You will then be brought into QuikPAY where you can click on Manage Refunds in the menu.

The 4 installment payment plan enrollment starts on August 15, 2025. You cannot enroll in a payment plan if you have an unpaid bill hold on your account.

The last day to enroll in a 5 installment Fall 2025 payment plan is August 14, 2025.

The office of Student Accounts will be closed on August 7th at 11:30am. We will re-open for our regularly scheduled business hours from 10:00 a.m.– 4:30 p.m on Friday, August 8th. We apologize for the inconvenience. You may reach us by completing a contact us form located on our website.

Don’t forget to check your @buffalo.edu email address for the first Fall eBill notification. The due date is August 20, 2025. Click on Billing/Payments in your HUB Student Center and then click on Payment Options. If you are an authorized payer, log into your Authorized Payer site.

The first Fall 2025 bill will be generated on July 21, 2025 with a due date of August 20, 2025. To view your current charges and other account activity, please log into your HUB Student Center. If you are an authorized payer, log into your Authorized Payer site.
