Don’t forget to check your @buffalo.edu email address for the second Fall eBill notification. The due date is October 8, 2025. Pay your bill online by clicking on Billing/Payments in your HUB Student Center and then click on Payment Options. If you are an authorized payer, log into your Authorized Payer site.

The 3 installment payment plan enrollment starts on September 15, 2025. You cannot enroll in a payment plan if you have an unpaid bill hold on your account.

The last day to enroll in a 4 installment Fall 2025 payment plan is September 14, 2025. First day to enroll in 3 installment payment plan is September 15, 2025.

Enroll in Direct Deposit to receive your Financial Aid or overpayment refund faster.  Click on Billing/Payments in your HUB Student Center and then click on Payment Options. You will then be brought into QuikPAY where you can click on Manage Refunds in the menu.

The second Fall 2025 bill will be generated on September 8, 2025 with a due date of October 8, 2025. To view your current charges and other account activity, please log into your HUB Student Center. If you are an authorized payer, log into your Authorized Payer site.

The last day for all students to register without a $40 late registration fee is Sunday, August 24, 2025.

The first Fall 2025 payment due date is Wednesday, August 20, 2025.  You will be subject to a late fee  if your bill is not paid in full by this date.  Click on Billing/Payments in your HUB Student Center and then click on Payment Options.
