The OnCore Enterprise Research System

OnCore is a Clinical Trial Management System (CTMS) developed by Forte Research Systems that supports academic medical centers, cancer centers, and healthcare systems around the country. OnCore has been purchased by the University at Buffalo to support research activities and compliance, which will allow for enhanced trial management, robust reporting, enrollment tracking, and accurate clinical research billing. The OnCore Support Team is currently offering training sessions and open office hours to support end users.

Spotlight on the OnCore Portal

Integration between OnCore and the Click portal will ensure that protocols submitted and reviewed by the IRB within Click are seamlessly transitioned to the OnCore system. The combined systems will manage the entire lifecycle of a research project, from protocol creation to project closeout.

  • OnCore - Administration for Summary Accrual Studies

    The OnCore Enterprise Research System has been purchased by the University at Buffalo to support research activities and compliance, which will allow for enhanced trial management, robust reporting, enrollment tracking, and accurate clinical research billing.  Participants in this workshop will learn the basics about the OnCore software, and the role it plays as a part of research at UB.  They will learn how to navigate around the OnCore environment when working within a Summary Accrual study.  In addition, they will learn how to search for, and bookmark a protocol, and how to document the number of participants in a Summary Accrual study.
  • OnCore - Subject Administration for Full Studies

    The OnCore Enterprise Research System has been purchased by the University at Buffalo to support research activities and compliance, which will allow for enhanced trial management, robust reporting, enrollment tracking, and accurate clinical research billing.  Participants in this workshop will learn how to navigate the OnCore software step by step for entering a full study. They will learn how to register and manage subjects,  sync with Epic, track subject visits, and verify procedures using the subject calendar.  This will be a thorough training on utilizing OnCore for all aspects of a Clinical Trial from participant registration through study close out.
  • OnCore - Open Office Hours

    The OnCore Support Team will be hosting open office hours on Friday afternoons from 1 pm - 3 pm to provide support and assistance with your OnCore questions.  No registration is required.  Arrangements can also be made for phone and/or web conferencing.  The office is located at the Clinical and Translational Research Center (CTRC), 875 Ellicott Street, Room 6040C.
