Stressed out about final exams? Come to the Student Union before and during finals to rest, relax and chill out.

Chill Out will be a virtual event this year, meaning some of the offerings will be slightly different. Check out the UB Events Calendar for details.

Here, you’ll find things like:

  • Dogs for you to pet and play with
  • The Chill Out Meditation Lounge
  • Massage and stretching exercises
  • Mindfulness practice
  • Fun stress relief toys and activities
  • Free snacks, crafts and giveaways

Chill Out is sponsored by Health Services, Health Promotion, Counseling Services and the Student Association.
